Sarah Mikels, Head Coach

Sarah Mikels is a trained contemporary dancer and has studied under Debbie Allen, John Crutchman, Ray Leeper and Doug Caldwell.  She is a former member of the three-time consecutive UDA National Champion University of Tennessee Dance Team and a former Universal Dance Association (UDA) instructor. Sarah has also been a member of the X-Faction Dance Company, based in Washington, D.C.  During her time in D.C., Sarah was a faculty member at Joy of Motion Dance Center, the District’s largest dance studio.  Sarah is currently the Head Coach of the University of Connecticut Dance Team and continues to judge competitions and teach master classes throughout New England.
