May 1st: Performance at the Completely Different Note Spring Semester Concert; 7:30PM at the UConn Student Union Theatre, Tickets $2

July 25th: Summer practices begin in preparation for UDA Summer Camp

August 2-4: UDA Camp at Southern Connecticut State University

FALL EVENTS:

September 12th: UConn v. North Carolina; Kickoff Time: TBD

September 26th: UConn v. Rhode Island; 12:00PM Kickoff

October 17th: UConn v. Louisville; Kickoff Time: TBD

October 31st: UConn v. Rutgers; Kickoff Time: TBD

November 28th: UConn v. Syracuse; Kickoff Time: TBD

December 5th: UConn v. USF; Kickoff Time: TBD

Policies for Appearances:

1. Applications must be received a minimum of three weeks in advance.
2. Completion and submission of this form does not guarantee fulfillment of request.
3. Appearances have a 30-minute minimum requirement. 
4. Confirmation will be made no less than two weeks after the form is submitted.
5. Commercial entities or personal requests will be charged a fee of $150 per hour.
6. Checks should be made payable to "University of Connecticut Dance Team"
7. The uniforms will not be loaned or rented.
8. Payment for the appearance must be received before the event takes place.
